We regret that we cannot ship directly to countries other than Canada and the United States at this time. Homeworks Etc. is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees or any other following costs required to export merchandise. Homeworks Etc. does not provide “blanket” NAFTA documents at this time. Some orders may arrive with C.O.D. conditions that are the responsibility of the customer.
From the moment your custom order is place, it will take us approximately 2 weeks to handcraft your order. In the event of a delay we will contact you promptly.
Furniture orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to handcraft. In the event of a delay we will contact you promptly. Because furniture items are large, heavy and bulky, shipping and delivery charges are individually calculated on a per order basis.
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
