Return Policy 

At Homeworks Etc., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Return Policy

1. All merchandise, excluding SALE merchandise, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of the original shipping date found on your packing slip. Please review the "RETURN REQUIREMENTS" below in order to get a full refund or exchange.
2. Shipping fees (initial shipping cost & return shipping) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. All purchases on SALE items are FINAL SALE. SALE merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received.
4. All purchases on PERSONALIZED or CUSTOM orders are FINAL SALE.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

1. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required for ALL returns. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please see "RETURN PROCEDURES" below for step by step instructions.
2. ORIGINAL RECEIPT: Original receipt (packing list) must accompany all returns or exchanges.
3. ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.

RETURN PROCEDURES

1. To obtain a RMA number, email: orders@homeworksetcdesigns.com with your original order number, stating the reason for your return.
2. Once you have received an RMA number, clearly print it on the return address label located on the front of this document and affix it to the outside of your box. Please return merchandise to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx, UPS or Canada Post registered mail). We strongly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD.
3. RMA numbers(s) are only valid for 15 days after issued. Your return packages must be received by Homeworks Etc. with in this 15 day period. RMA numbers will not be reissued under any circumstances.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you believe you have a defective product, you may exchange it or return it for a refund at any time, and the shipping will be waived. Please email: orders@homeworksetcdesigns.com to determine if your item may be defective.
